The Milenium Dos is part Trasmediterranea’s fleet of high speed catamaran and features state-of-the-art navigation technology plus the most modern and innovative design which translates into making your trip not only comfortable, but also speedy. Onboard you’ll find numerous facilities including a bar, baby changing facilities and a duty free shop.

Onboard Cabins / Reserved Seating

There are no cabins onboard Milenium Dos however reserved seating is available in both standard and club class.

Onboard Food and Drink

There is a bar with a seating area and a selection of hot and cold food, coffee, juices and soft drinks on sale. You'll also find a snack dispensing machine.

Onboard Shopping

In the onboard duty free shop you’ll find a range of different products such as clothing, souvenirs, books and magazines, confectionary and sweets, perfumes, jewellery and more.

Additional Onboard Facilities

You can enjoy spectacular views of the sea through the ship’s large panoramic windows. You will also find nappy changing areas and a public phone.

Accessibility

If assistance will be required onboard then it is advised to inform us prior to booking to make sure that your needs can be accommodated. Guide dogs travel free of charge.

"Easy crossing"

The only problem with this crossing was the advice from Direct Ferries to be at the port three hours before sailing. In this case it was totally unnecessary and I had to wait for two and a half hours by the kiosk with no facilities and had rushed there to do so.

Overall this was a very good experience and I would recommend Transmefiteranea. The crossing was good, the facilities on board excellent and very comfortable. Disembarkation was efficient and quick. My only problem was with the booking. The company’s payment system rejected four separate credit cards even though all were valid, and the staff member at the gate was quite abrupt with us, insinuating we had no funds. We immediately pulled out of the queue and booked on Line where the card was immediately accepted and when we returned to the gate to get our boarding cards the same staff member said it was all our fault that their system rejected our cards. Not a warm welcome at all.

Good fast ferry service, Boat clean, staff friendly. Hugely expensive thin stretch of water vis a vis Dover/Calais crossing. We were driving into Morocco via Ceuta. Give yourself time for the border crossing and customs as can seem quite cumbersome and confusing. Will use route again.

Booked this ferry with Direct Ferries with ease via their website. Details of what to do upon arrival was clear. However, be cautious not to get pulled in by the locals who are all trying to sell you tickets. As long as you have your printed email confirmation / booking reference, you can proceed direct to the check in booth 1 hour prior to your crossing. My advice would be don't leave it to last minute - better to have more time ahead of you than pitch up late! We paid the extra money for a Club Seat which was no different of a seat but was a lovely quieter area where a complimentary drink awaits you - lovely. Thank you Direct Ferries for helping our biking trip over to Ceuta a breeze.

I live 3 weeks a month in Morocco and it is a problem having to go to Ceuta to buy the tickets since most of the time I am based in Marbella and Tetouan due to my job.
