"Seajet 2 paros "
2.5hrs late. Apparently v common. Not even an apology once on board.
"Sea jet from Milos to Paros"
There was no issue booking the Sea jet online. A couple of days prior, we received an email to check in so we didn’t have to print tickets. We did but we never received a further email. When ringing the company we were told to show our booking reference upon boarding which we did and we were told we had to go to the ticket office(this didn’t open until 8:30am and our ferry was due to leave 7:30). Another couple were in the same situation so we reiterated to the person at the gate and it turned out he was able to check us in, he just didn’t want to. The only thing he couldn’t do was give us a seat number which wasn’t an issue. Very rude man. The sea jet lives up to its name, it’s very fast and a few people were feeling seasick.

Overall our ferry experience was positive. Two points - although we were asked to check in online we never received the email with our tickets and always had to visit the ticket office (ok everywhere else except Mykonos which was hugely busy). Secondly I wanted to change one of our passenger' crossing but couldn't do that without changing everyone else on the booking. Very frustrating as meant we lost money. So it's not the actual experience on the ferry - which was good - but the admin back up and online system which does not work so well.
"It works but you don’t do it for fun"
Delayed 45 mins. Chaos at boarding with a huge mass of people and no lines. Numbered seating but many many passengers tried to ignore it - first ten mins were spent with people shuffling. Rough crossing had a few kids clutching vomit bags.

I was booked on four Seajet ferries. First one cancelled and therefore had to rebook. Second one changed the timing. I therefore cancelled and rebooked with another ferry company. Third one, passenger only, club class - I didn’t think it was not worth the upgrade. Not luxurious. Fourth one delayed by 3.75 hours and not told until 1.15 hours after the original ferry sailing time.
"Sifnos to Mykonos good trip Aug 4th 2019"
Booked tickets 10 months ago, printed them out in Mykonos 3 weeks ago said SEAJET 2. 0900. ( no motivation of any change as per previous) Looked on the web, the boat was SUPERJET so went to the Sifnos office a few days before sailing (tickets were the amendable version) and corrected the tickets, the ships name is all important—this was the only hiccup! Everyone very helpful and professional, Club class empty and ship on on time, 2 hour trip not the 5 hour one on the booking so brilliant Always confirm boat name and time things can change, you may not get on the boat otherwise.

This is a good way of island hopping. Quick and generally reliable. No wifi onboard though which is disappointing these days.

The trip itself was fine. The trouble was we left 90 minutes after the scheduled time. OK, the weather had been bad, and the sea was very rough, but it would have been nice if someone at the port could have updated us occasionally. But the ride, and the staff, and the seats were good. 7/10 but it could have been a 9 with a bit of communication. ps expect chaos when you arrive in Thora. It's a tiny port, and the access road is so narrow it takes an hour to get out and God knows how long to get in.

The organisation was terrible and no enough places for people’s bags. The ferry was an hour late and was going so fast all the bags were falling around and so many people were sick!

What an experience... Cost an arm and a leg. Left 20mins early with no prior warning. One direct ferry became two ferry trips and we we TWO HOURS LATE TO DESTINATION!! I missed my international flight home, thanks a million Seajet. Not a single mention en route that we were running behind, or why - just hey it's getting close to 2.30pm and oh we still have 2hours left!! Unexpectedly an absolute blowout, don't do it.
"Budget for non-budget price "
The ship felt like a budget ship on a non budget price. It was small, cramped, over crowded (not by all the seats being taken up) but the fact that there was no where to store luggage - the luggage was in hallways and overflowing. The toilets could have used with a serious clean and overall I won't be travelling with Seajets again by choice.

V easily booked. More like being on a plane, as quite tightly packed but with enough room to stretch your legs briefly. The air conditioning could've been more efficient but I saw the technical crew monitoring it. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The main bonus is that the ship held so steady, in quite a choppy sea, and I didn't suffer sea sickness!

Very efficient. But you can't go on deck which means you can't relieve sense of nausea. There was a stiff wind when we travelled & a lot of passengers were seasick, even though the movement was not severe. On the return trip there was no wind & it was fine.

The boat left the harbour in Kamares, Sifnos, 3 minutes before it should - we could have missed our flight from Athens. It is okay to leave 3 minutes after it should, but the opposite is NOT okay!! The coffee was good, but very expensive. We had a good journey nevertheless.

So far we haven't received confirmation to a refund of money due to a strike. We purchased tickets from Mykonos to Rafina but due to a Ferry strike in Greece, we had to purchase Airfares and would like to receive a refund. We haven't been notified by Ferry operator about the strike and were inconvenienced by arriving to Port on the day of our departure just to learn that Ferries were on strike. Had to catch a Taxi to Airport and wasted a lot of time and money.Not Cool!

Our trip was entirely ruined by a ferry strike lasting two days. No one on Paros at the ticket office had any information about ferry sailings and were unhelpful and rude. We had to pay an extra 30 euros to change our ticket even though there was no sailing on the day that we were meant to travel. We also had to pay for an extra night's hotel in Paros because of the strike. Total extra cost for using your service came to 150 euros so we will not be using Greek Ferries on our next visit. Somehow the worst was the rudeness of the ticket agent on Paros. "How would I know when any ferry will go? Am I the captain?" He should look for work elsewhere? So very unhappy with Greek Ferries.

The outbound trip was delayed over an hour. However we received warning by SMS so I guess that was okay. Ferries are what ferries are and as ferries go the trip was fine. I couldn't help as always when sailing on ferries be shocked at the billowing clouds of diesel smoke. It would be a benefit for the enviroment and the health of the crew and passagers if ferry companies began thinking about using more "green technologies" and alternative fuel sources. Diesel fumes are a killer. I'd even be willing to pay an ekstra tariff.

Ran on time going to Folegandros, ran about 25 minutes late returning to Thira. Huge selection of food and drinks. Staff speak all languages to help you to your allocated seats. Note, seat numbers are on the ceiling!

I had a very smooth return journey from Piraeus to Folegandros/Folegandros - Piraeus . From the shuttle from my hotel (*Phideas) to the kiosk to ferry I felt I was well looked after. The staff on the ferry were efficient and I the system for booking seats went well. it also left on time. So different to when I was last in Greece 32 years ago- also thanks to the internet! * Phideas front of house were wonderful and made me very welcome and organised the shuttle bus.

The ship was on time, the staff was friendly and WC was very clean. Café had all the necessary drinks and snacks. Seats were very comfy and I dosed off into a 3 hour nap, with the sea motions. Inter-port stops were also super fast.

Punctual journey and excellent work of the staff during the management of boarding and landing procedures. Staff that even if they are really busy help customers carring heavy luggage for them, and all of this so quick and without losing precious time, really good guys. About the cleaning... it could be improve, I can immangine that in August it is difficoult because of the high level of people on board, anyway I saw worse! I cannot say anything about restaurant service because I did not use it. In conclusion I will reapet the experience. Easy booking online, the page is really clear and intuitive.

I traveled two times on this speed ferry. The seats are better than the plane and the air conditioning was great. They were very efficient in getting people off and on. This bothered some passengers as they felt rushed. I say time is money. You can take your pictures and gossip at the port. Very affordable in my opinion. You could realistically take a day trip to one of the famous Greek islands with no sweat with these super jets. I will be back.

I arrived one hour late in Rafina. What's the point of paying extra for a speed boat if it'll be so late. It arrived about 20 minutes late to Naxos, stopped in Mykonos and Tinos, and it ended up one hour late in Rafina. This means that the whole journey is miscalculated, otherwise why would it continue getting later and later as it progressed on its route...

We booked online and found the one travel representative in Chora, Naxos who dispenses Sea Jet tickets with no problem (just look for Sea Jet on his store sign). Upon review of our receipt, he printed out our tickets. The crew helped us stow our bags and the trip was relatively uneventful, which is a good thing. We left 1/2 an hour late but embarkation and disembarkation was orderly and quick. I'd use Sea Jet again.

Overall this was a pleasant experience. The boat was punctual and comfortable. The only problem was that finding your seat was very difficult due to poor signage. I would suggest that it would be helpful to have more members of staff to guide disoriented customers or clearer signage.

The journey was horrible. The super jet from seajets is too small for a long crossing. Plus, to go to Ios, we had to go through Sifnos, Milos and Santorini before going back to our route. A 7h route with a 2 hours delay. No AC, some sick people, a very unpleasant staff. The ticket is expensive. I regret that your site doesn't offer the blue star Paros. We arrived after it.

The booking was pretty fast and almost inexpensive. Getting tickets from reservation was also painless, no bad surprise or complication. The boat was late, but as I had no urgent appointment after, it was ok. The staff was really efficient and boarding made in 5 minutes.

… we left Santorini with a 3 hours delay. Bring a jumper, the AC is so cold that you'll need it to keep you warm. In spite of these negatives, the crossing was problem free. It's confortable and faster than a ferry.

The 2 crossings (between Pireus and Folegandros, then between Folegandros and Milos) were tough because you are not allowed to go on the deck. As holidaymakers, we usually like to enjoy the sea air and to be able to take a walk on the deck. The SEA JET boats take away all the fun of a relaxing crossing. We enjoyed the next two crossings with AEGEAN SPEED LINES A LOT MORE.

Mykonos - Naxos: With by hard direct ferries ticket (with no indication whether old or new port in Mykonos - it was the old port) experienced only by chance that the paper should be regarded only as a voucher in my hands. The actual ticket had to be picked up at a travel agency (equal to the harbor). This then also works smoothly. Announced was an hour late due to strong winds, which in the Aegean Sea certainly can happen and to be accepted (please note connecting flights, etc.). In fact, we debarked two hours late, and no one found it necessary to hold more than a few people waiting up to date. Naxos - Mykonos: In the crack of dawn 'at the harbor. Ship arrived on time. Crossing pleasant. In Mykonos again spat ashore. And since they were the dozens of tear ends and waited in vain for a taxi from the port to the airport or anywhere else. Reason: high season - too many tourists, too few taxis .... Must connection taxis in advance!

The boat was swift and not to bumpy. The staff was professional. It was about an hour late, and there was no one really to ask at the port. The seats were a bit worn down, there was a strange smell on board, as if people were previously allowed to smoke indoors. All in all, it got us to where we were going, quite fast at that. Perhaps a bit expensive.

For the outward journey we have 3 hour delay on the return journey only 2 hours. But the ferry is really very fast. But would still recommend the ferry.

I have sea sickness and this crossing was very difficult for me. Because I'm unconfortable aboard a boat, I choose Seajets, so the crossing would be shorter. However, because of its size, the boat is more sensitive to wave. A better confort could be provided to passengers when the sea is bad. You could for example ask them if they are victim of sea sickness and place them in the area of the boat which is the most stable or the closest to the toilets. A member of staff should also be nearby. By the way, luggages were blocking the corridors leading to the toilets.

There was over an hour delay, which we weren't informed about. When we bought the ticket, we weren't given the itinerary. We went back to Santorini whereas we came from there to go to Pireus.

At the ports, in Mykonos on the 14/08 and in Naxos on the 21/08, there was no information about the timetables, delays, crossing time and possible stopovers. The return trip, should have been at h06.10 with a Seajeats fast ferry, from Naxos directly to Mykonos, but there was a stopover in Patros and I nearly missed my return flight.

Excellent ferry, staff on board very friendly and helpful: they shown us our seats and constantly checked our luggages. I can't be satisfied with the departure as we left about h1 later than scheduled and this also happened on the previous days according to other passengers that travelled with the same operator.

It's not very clear how the seats were assigned because the numbers were not placed in the right way; some passengers didn't know where to sit because their seats were occupied. There's not enough space for luggages, I had to keep mine with me. The ferry had h1.5 delay. Bright spot: the ferry was fast.
"The worst operator i travelled with"
I booked a ferry from Mykonos to Santorini with Sea Jets. I had a terrible experience. At the port there wasn't a ticket office where you could ask information about the ferry. We were supposed to leave at h14.50 and the check-in was 30 minutes prior departure. Initially they told us the ferry would leave at h15.15 but in reality we left at h16.30. I wasted half day under the sun trying to find out if the ferry was departing. When the ferry finally arrived in port the staff started to direct passengers on board in a rude way and they weren't able to tell us where to sit. The seats were numbered but everyone sat where they wanted. The worst operator I travelled with. I basically lost a day of holiday. I won't repeat this experience.

Quick ferry, adequate service, half an hour delay on both journeys. Positive experience. The ferry is so fast that, even who suffers seasickness, won't have the time to feel it.

The weather caused a 2 and half hour delay which cannot be helped but there was little information posted you had to go into the office and ask. Once the boat came it was a crush to get on and there was no help to where our booked seats were. It was very rough and people were being sea sick everywhere - no signs of staff clearing up so the toilets were foul. Unlucky maybe?

A very quick booking. The indications regarding the collection of the tickets were clear (this way, you don't loose time), the fare was correct. I'll use direct ferries again for booking. The journey aboard a superjet is pleasant, even with strong winds.

We've been very shaken during our crossing between Pireus and Santorini aboard the Sea Jet boat. The crew is very professional and distributed bags to the people who were feeling sick. They also reassured the passengers. We also did some other crossings aboard a bigger boat with another compagny. These were more confortable. Moreover, we arrived two hours late.

The experience was good in general. A bit disorganized in the embark area. The Europeans don't respect lines, they jump queues, they crowd together and push you. There was a time when people and luggage crowded together despite the fact that all seats were serial. Another thing is that the staff told us that the following destination was ours and it was actually the third. Nothing major but improvable in order for the trip to be more pleasant.

"Naxos to Athens"
We traveled from Naxos to Athens. We upgraded to business class, which is somewhat expensive, but leaves you with a very comfortable journey. Few passengers on board and very little stress.
