my wife and I travelled from Paros to Mykonos on 16th September.My wife has mobility issues but was reassured by the superb help,concern and general brilliant service of the on board staff.The trip was excellent and on time.

Overall our ferry experience was positive. Two points - although we were asked to check in online we never received the email with our tickets and always had to visit the ticket office (ok everywhere else except Mykonos which was hugely busy). Secondly I wanted to change one of our passenger' crossing but couldn't do that without changing everyone else on the booking. Very frustrating as meant we lost money. So it's not the actual experience on the ferry - which was good - but the admin back up and online system which does not work so well.

We have used seajets twice, travelling from Athens to Paros and back again. The first time the ferry was delayed in leaving by over 1 hour. Then the actual ferry crossing took around 6.5 hours when the scheduled time was 3 hours 50 minutes. On the return trip we were told when we arrived that our ferry was cancelled due to weather conditions, noone told us in advance. They put us on the next ferry leaving, this ferry also took around 6.5 hours instead of the scheduled 3 hours 50 minutes. If we knew the ferry would take so long we would have gotten a flight.

We took seajets 2 times during our holidays in Greece. We were very dissatisfied with this company. The boat was delayed both ways. We didn't get any information about this delay and no apologize. The boarding and disembarking of the ships were handled in total chaos, The crew was shouting on each other and on the passengers. We wonder what would have happened in case of emergency!
