There are no cabins onboard however comfortable, guaranteed, pre-assigned seating is provided on all sailings with a choice of lower or upper deck seating.
For passengers of limited mobility, disabled lifts provide access to and from the car decks and easy-to-use internal lifts provide access to toilet facilities.

"Terrible "
disorganised at Mykonos port everyone jumping in to get at front. Once on bored they double booked my husband seat so he moved. Then once again some more passengers got on and he as to move and again and didn’t have a seat. No apology. Terrible service.
"Long! "
The trip was originally scheduled to depart Koufonissi at 16:30, arriving at Piraeus at 22:30. Received an email a few weeks ago informing us the departure time has changed to 13:25 (no problem). To be fair, the email stated of this was a problem, to let them know. The problem was I wasn’t informed of a new arrival time and so presumed it would still be a 6 hour journey. Only when we were boarding and the staff were directing people where to put their luggage that I realised we would be heading to Santorini first which is in the opposite direction to Piraeus. Indeed, the staff seemed surprised that our ticket was for Piraeus because the ferry called in on nearly every island on the Cyclades! So we eventually arrived at Piraeus at 23:00 hours. The ferry leaked a lot too. Bit disconcerting to see buckets of water on various seats catching water. Shoes and hand luggage on the floor got wet. Bit of a small ferry to be doing such a long journey. Not enough toilets - I think a lot of people were sick on this journey
"SeaJet ferry Mykonos-Syros and return"
Ferry was delayed both ways. Neither port has many facilities in the waiting area, although Syros port is right in the center of town, with cafes nearby. The ship was very comfortable. Changeovers in the port are very quick.
"Functional"
The ferry was late which affected our plans. The Club Class ticket gave us a reserved seat but in cramped conditions with inadequate air conditioning. However, staff were helpful.
"Mykonos to Syros with Blue Star Ferries."
1st class experience.
"Arriving Time"
Totally diffient with arriving time , more then 2 hours late :( .
"Trip from Naxos to Santorini"
Our first experience with Seajet was disapointing to say the least. First the boat was 30 min late , then we were rushed to get on the boat which started moving as we were still going up the stairs and my elderly parents almost fell and hurt themselves. On top of that, our reserved seats were already occupied... When we arrived in Santorini it was cahos to get to our luggage and we were pushed by the crowd to get out. At that point we regretted not booking with Blue Star.
"Communication "
Both journeys with Sea Jet to Mykonos Naxos return illustrated the need for much better communication between ferry companies and passengers. The instructions received from Direct Ferries that the ferry departed from Mykonos Old Port was wrong the ferry departed from the New port a few kilometres apart. At the new port passengers for several different journeys were not advised where to congregate leading to a great deal of confusion and plenty of irritation for the single poor controller whose whistle was inadequate for the job he was confronting. The journey to Naxos began with many passengers unsure where to find their seats with the result that many had only just sat down when the ferry arrived at their destination. On the return trip there were many passengers who were not told that the Naxos Jet had a problem and they should board the Caldera which was fine if you were travelling to Mykonos but Having waited for communication many were left on the dockside . Why when there are apps to track ship movements can't freely companies create an information system so those without a phone/ wifi can easily see where to go ,where to wait and which ferry will get them where they are going. Booking a ticket in advance proved unnecessary and cost,y as a journey charged at 49.90 was available for much less and on a different ferry which at least did arrive.
"Great ride to Naxos"
Our trip from Piraeus to Naxos left on time and was a very comfortable journey.
"Interesting experience"
Got us there late but we got there. Decent restaurant. Fine seats. Crazy experience! Herded in like cattle so beware.
"Disorganized. Need Improvement."
Announcement for boarding to passengers waiting in the waiting area at Thira Port must be more clear and announced with a megaphone. Instruction for boarding a ferry must be more clear and passenger friendly. The stairs to seats on a ferry is too narrow. Crowd control management must be practised for the safety and comfort of passengers.
"Mixed report "
Ticket office opened late in Mykonos causing chaos. Boat arrived late into port causing more chaos. Despite numbered seats, we were told to “just find any seat”. Return journey was much better and ran on time from Naxos.
"No refund yet"
The recent trip was good although this trip was originally camcelled and we are still waiting for our refund!!! Quite unhappy customers at this stage.
"So bad"
Staffs st reserved seat area were so bad. They could not manage non reserved custermer and many of non reserved custermer were sitting the reserved seat and very noisy. And one of staff asked me to move another seat without any reason. And also delayed more than 1 hour. I do not recommend to use it.
"Broken seat "
Only ferry that crammed you into an area and then the seat was broken ( fully reclined) and wouldn’t stay upright the staff didn’t seem to care.
"Delayed boat"
Ferry was late. Que to get tickets was ridiculous in the heat. Food on board was below average.
"Terrible experience"
Had to line up for a long time to get ticket issued (why they don't let you print it off at home I will never understand) then was handed my tickets after being charged 1 euro to have them printed (had to be there at least an hour before the boat left to get them printed). Was handed the ticket and it said boat leaving at 1030 not 0950 as scheduled. Got on the boat at 1030 and after asking 3 people was finally told that this was now not the fast boat I had paid for (40 minutes to Naxos) but would go via Paros and I wouldn't arrive until 1200. Then when leaving Paros (scheduled for 1530) we finally left about 1615 but of course no one knew what was happening at Paros so we just had to wait with no idea what was happening. Basically as bad an experience as they can make it.
"Ferries are a great way to island hop around Cyclades. "
Ferries are busy but it’s an easy way to hop around the islands. Prebooking means you can budget ahead. It’s easy to pick up tickets at the ports but remember you need to pay your €1 per ticket. Food available onboard.
"Cliente satisfaite."
Très satisfaite de mon voyage avec cette compagnie. Confortable et ponctuel.
"excellent service"
