The Corsica Victoria is a classic cruise ferry with a capacity for 1700 passengers, 400 cars and features all the amenities of a modern ship. Onboard you’ll find a selection of en-suite cabin accommodation, seating lounges, cinema, 3 bars, shops, a la carte restaurant, cafeteria, outdoor pool, sun deck, children’s play area and a video games room.
There are around 840 beds on the Corsica Victoria spread across 223 private cabins. All are en-suite, above the car deck and in a selection of inside and outside (sea view).
Onboard the Corsica Victoria you’ll find a top class restaurant affiliated with the famous ‘Chaîne des Rôtisseurs’ – a guarantee of quality and offers a choice of set menu and a la carte. For something more relaxed there is a self-service restaurant/cafeteria. There’s a choice of 3 bars too – Cocktail bar, panoramic bar and an outdoor pool bar on the sun deck.
In addition to the swimming pool, you’ll also find a cinema to keep you entertained during the trip.
Children are well catered for onboard the Corsica Victoria with their own dedicated play area. There is also a video games room for older children.

Crossing booked with a cabin. The cabin was small, but neat, so was the bathroom. Only bad thing was the early hours of the morning at which passengers are woken up before the ship docks. This is roughly half an hour in advance, and much too early for an arrival of let's say 6 o'clock in the morning.

We hired a cabin for both the outward journey (overnight) and the return (daytime) The were comfortable, clean and we were able to sleep. We are planning to return to Corsica next year and plan to use the same ferry company again

Both crossings to Corsica went perfectly well. The ship left and arrived on time on both the outward and return. Not so used to travelling SNCM. We booked a cabin on the return trip and liked that fact that we had somewhere to leave our luggage. We were four adults with 4 motorcycles, and everyone had their own luggage. The extra fee for the cabin isn’t that much considering you get the best service. We will travel AGAIN with Corsica Ferries
"Trip to Bastia, October 2014"
The ferry was a great experience by and large. It was a little confusing figuring out where to go exactly to check in and get on the boat in Livorno, so if you're picking the ferry up there, make sure you have a little extra time beyond the 90 minutes. The ferry is nice though, almost like a mini-cruise ship with lounges, TVs, a couple of bars, a restuarant and a cafeteria. Even though it was a hour trip, the time passed quickly.

Efficient check-in: all you need is a copy of your voucher to go on board, without collecting the tickets. Excellent facilities on board. Very friendly staff, everything is fast and easy. Even the toilets on the main deck were clean after so many people got seasick during the crossing. Savona is a very nice harbour and so easy to reach from the highway!

Everything was well arranged for a smooth and enjoyable crossing. Only, the restaurant should have stayed open longer for the afternoon sailing so that around 5pm, passengers can get something to eat before leaving the ship at 6.30pm.

The trip was fine. Departure and arrival times didn't differ from what was planned. Check in time of 1hr 30min was a little long, one hour should be sufficient. The English & the info from the sound system on board is hard to understand. When it's hot outside then take a jacket for indoors, as the temperature is a bit low. For those who love camping, Bastia and Savona have the best campsites which are also open at night.

The Mega Express 4 was a pleasurable way to travel from Bastia back to Nice. The staff were efficient and friendly, seating was comfortable in a range of different styles and locations throughout the ship and the check in process ran smoothly with the ship leaving on time. We wanted to return earlier so we changed the date at Corsica Ferries in Calvi. The departure port changed from Ile-Rousse to Calvi. There was an additional charge for this: about €60.00. This crossing too went as we desired, Our booking with DirectFerries was also without any problems.

I am seasick, so I have to lay down! During the short amount of time I was up, it was at the bar where the waiter was very nice. We booked a "deluxe" cabin for the outbound crossing on deck 9. The view and the service were both wonderful. However, the doors were difficult to opem. For the inbound crossing, we had a cabin on deck 5 and it's no longer "deluxe". You can hear the engine below the cabin. Plus we were told off 30 minutes before arrival to leave the cabin. We also went to the cafeteria, because the bar was closed. The waiters weren't friendly at all. The fruit juices weren't fresh and were coming out of the cupboard. However, I would be happy to take the Corsica Victoria again !

During the inbound journey, the ferry was less crowded, so there were seats everywhere and the meal at the self restaurant was surprisingly more tasty. I recommend your company, because I'm fed up with SNCN and their strikes.

At the actual crossing, there is nothing to criticize. What is troublesome, the whole check-in. According ticket that I can check 1 1/2 hours before departure, then what ultimately not possible, but one stands in Bastia in a hall with just 6 seats and waits until you as a pedestrian with the car to the ferry terminal. Moby Lines has solved so that the pedestrian go first on the ferry, the car until later, which is much more pleasant.

The staff were generally very friendly and especially in the restaurant. The departure time on the evening of Savona is late. On the ferry there is a good restaurant. But for dinner it is too late. The waiting times at ports are tedious. It is for several years that we have used Corsica Sardinia and Corsica Victoria ferries and we always found them quite good, the staff are really helpful and kind, the cabins are clean and the food is delicious.. It seems like a small cruise in my opinion.

In the cabin, the toilet did not work properly. The entire ship seems in need of renovation. It was very small and we were forced to park very close. It came late and still put more delay it, about 2 hours. We know many other ferries, but were disappointed by this right.

The trip by ferry corsica Victoria was very pleasant. We each had booked a 4-bed cabin, as we traveled overnight. This was our first time traveling with cabin and very happy because it is so convenient when you do not have to look for a place to sleep somewhere, but friendly staff will be assigned a room where one has its own toilet and take a shower. The beds are comfortable, clean and the engine noise low, so we really could sleep easily. On the return trip was almost swell, then rattles and creaks the whole ship pretty and it is no longer so quiet in the cabin, but still ok. We only want to travel in the future with a cab. The restaurant we did not use.

We keep going for many years with Corsica Ferries, and this time were very satisfied!
"Safe travels, but problematic for wheelchair travelers! "
Loading the car is pure stress and if someone is in a wheelchair here, really problematic because the longshoremen not to hear and simply Instruct one. You have absolutely no patience and wave when you ride a little hesitant to tell them something. You have to make sure to first register by phone and already exist in the control of tickets that they listen to you, because otherwise you have no chance to be admitted that the wheelchair user can not get out. I have come into the predicament and could not get off the wheelchair. But to good luck, I can go a little bit and so I have managed it with much trouble and the walker (we could also just barely heave out of the car though) but in a cabin. Again The cabins are comfortable and you can sleep quite well. Remember as a wheelchair user, you get a spacious cabin. However, I can not say for sure whether there would be a way up with an electric wheelchair to get to the cabins and decks, as the lifts are extremely narrow and probably already a manual wheelchair just takes place in it. You'd have to somehow outside rum pure and already get outside of the ship.

The outbound journey on the 9th of August went very well. The inbound journey on the 24th of August was more difficult. We were harassed through the microphone: "clients who are not eating or drinking or have finished eating or drinking are required to vacate the cafeteria tables". We couldn't find anywhere else to seat and had to seat on the carpet in front of the stairs. It's unacceptable that there aren;t enough seats for all the passengers. The toilets were closed mid-way and we arrived 20 minutes late without any explanation

When on 30/06/2013 we went to our cabin, we established that this had not been cleaned. After waiting 2 hours we decided to clean it ourselves so we could finally go to sleep. Order online went well. In Livorno, the port is very confusing, respect! Initially poor signage. Waiting time in scorching heat. Attention ordered online tickets must be exchanged for a real ticket shop to give it no signs (even the ticket shop is not signposted!) etc. and when the ferry is because everything must go very quickly. retraction on the ferry was chaotic but went well thanks to the many referring marshallers. parking, very close and stuffy! ferry otherwise comfortable, nice, ample seating necessarily take, place for picnic, even at short ride! meal on the ferry was not so good and very, very expensive! restaurant closes one hour after departure! air conditioning was quite cold. sundeck with pool was nice. personnel was not exactly friendly, but well organized. play area is nice, but interesting only for very small. The trip was extremely comfortable and easy. We booked a cabin for the four of us and having a base on the ship made it even more pleasant. The only problem was catching a taxi after the trip. There is no taxi stand near either port in Ile Rousse or Nice and we had to walk very far with our young kids and lots of luggage. Besides that everything was great.

We were asked to arrive at the ferry two hours in advance. All motor bikes werte placed together which allowed us to meet some German, British and Austrian bikers. After verification of the reservation the boarding commenced, bikes first, then cars and pedestrians last. The bike was expertly tied to the sidewall of the ferry to prevent it from falling over during the crossing. We were then shown the way upstairs. Firstly a refreshing glass of Corsican Rosé and then dinner in the restaurant. You can choose to be served or the buffet. Afterwards we searched for a deck chair to catch some sun, but they were all occupied. There's a small pool on the rear deck, but the water was too cold and nobody dared to go in. After about 6 hours sailing we arrived in the beautiful port of Calvi. Disembarking went quick, there's plenty of staff giving directions. Next year we will sail with CorsicaFerries again, but then with on overnight crossing from Toulon to Ajaccio. Marc.

The ship and especially the cabin are very clean and pleasant. The staff is very friendly.
"Not many faults at all"
Cabins are clean and well equipped, toilet and shower clean and updated, but the shower is very narrow. Psychedelic 70s decor in the salon is completely preserved in excellent condition and an interesting experience. Many outdoor deck areas where you can always find a sheltered, sunny spot.
"Gentle rocking "
We were 3 people traveling with our motorcycles from sardinia to italy - route: Golfo aranci - Livorno. Since we already knew that the prices are very expensive on board - a small beer 4 euros, a quarter Pizza 5.5 euros - we provided us with snacks at the harbour ;-). Apart from that, everything "perfecto", very friendly staff, very helpful. the cabin is a bit tight but better than the pullman seats. On balance, very relaxing.
"No Seats!"
We travelled on Corsica Ferries, outbound on June 2012 and return July 2012, but despite us having booked reserved seats, they weren't available because Corsica Ferries had to switch to a different ship at the last minute with less seats. On the outbound we slept on the free seats in the bar area and were 'offered' a mattress to put on the deck floor on the return. We didn’t get much rest that night and we still had lots of driving to do the following day. We were not the only passengers in that situation and ended up being refunded the cost of the seats. It’s a shame because it was a nice ferry and it could have been an enjoyable crossing, but we will not remember anything positive about the trip!
"Nice ship from Nice!"
I sailed on this ship from Nice recently and had a lovely relaxing trip. I took the ferry from the UK to Calais sailing on the Deal with DFDS and then drove down to Nice to go to Corsica (don't like flying) and would recommend this journey every time!
