"Satifaction "
A very good and friendly trip!
"Uncomfortable and chaotic "
The ferry is not really suited for day sailing - plenty of cabins but very few places to lean back and rest/sleep, only some ferries have a few “flight chairs “ and only if booked in advance. Similar trouble with outdoor areas. Much too few deck chairs and almost no space in shade. Biggest problem is, however, the chaotic handling of car loading and especially unloading. Hundreds of passengers are waiting in an unventilated inside lounge waiting to get back to car decks. Signage for way finding is useless. Loudspeaker system is not understandable in 95% of ship, so hopefully nothing important for safety or otherwise important was “communicated “. Maybe management/staff should travel to Scandinavia, where these ferries were sailing 30 years ago, and see how loading/unloading can be organized efficiently.
"nice cruise to and from Corsica"
check in and check out went smoothly, rooms are clean and convenient for a ferry, all in all a good experience
"Great holiday"
We went for a long weekend to Corsica with this company. Round trip Genua -Bastia by car. Loading and un’oading was very fast and efficient. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The cabins are good, beds are ok enough for a good night sleep. I can recommend this company to everybody. Buying the tickets online was easy. I am definitely gonna travel again with them.
"Just love Moby"
We had a great experience with Moby, tried all, from cabin to restaurant and even visited the medic on board. My daughter had an accident on the deck; three stitches had to be given quickly by the doctor on board. He was experienced, reassuring and knew what he was doing; we are very grateful to him and the staff who assisted him.
"Genoa - Bastia"
This was our first time and we enjoyed it. The kids thought it was great to sleep in a cabin.
"Beautiful ship"
The ferry is beautiful, above all very comfortable for the children, a part from the limited choice of the food, I recommend it…
"Olbia/Civitavecchia"
A globally satisfiying crossing. The loading and unloading of the cars were poorly organised though. There weren't enough seats on the boat.
"Trip in ferry"
Very good service. Loads of comfort
"Good, but"
Civitavechia-Olbia crossing. We arrived an hour late, which is a real problem when you arrive late in the evening and that your hotel is 80 km away. I made a mistake with my booking date. I booked for the 10th of June instead of the 11th. I had to pay the crossing again (which is normal). However, Moby could have done a commercial gesture, as the ferry wasn't full. Still, I understand that it was my fault. Oblia-Civiavecchia. Perfect and even early. It makes up for the outbound journey!
"My lovely Sardinia"
Very good Journey . Despite of the condition of the sea when we departed. The sea was fine on the way back and I had a perfect return journey! Very good job Moby!!
"very nice"
The Loony Tune theme of the Wonder ship was fun for the children and also for the rest of us, thanks to the tasteful design.
"Efficient"
Comfortable and efficient connection
"Impressive crew"
We were so impressed by the efficiency of the deck crew.
"Not as good as it used to be"
I want to start by saying that I have been going to Sardinia for decades (I come from Sardinia) and I have always used Grimaldi Lines since when they started to operate the Genoa Porto Torres route. I bought a Grandi Navi Veloci ticket this year and travelled on 13th of July 2012 from Porto Torres to Genoa. I paid €423 for a 2 berth outside cabin and a car. Once I got at the port I was surprised to see that the vessel was actually Moby Corse, a smaller ship than those owned by GNV and slower (the crossing lasted 13 hrs with calm sea). Our en-suite cabin was a bit small, but fortunately the ship wasn't full and at the reception I was able to upgrade my cabin. This is demonstration of how crossings to Sardinia are monopolized with high prices and poor service.
