Moby Wonder is a new-generation cruise ferry with a massive capacity for vehicles and passengers and a huge range of onboard services including luxury cabins and suites, numerous places to eat and drink, an outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, an onboard shopping centre, a children’s play area and much more.
There's a choice of air-conditioned en-suite cabins on the Moby Wonder cruise ferry available as inside or sea view ('outside'). The ship also features 'junior suites' for up to 4 people and for those who'd prefer not to book a cabin there is a reserved seating area equipped with coach seats.
Onboard Moby Lines Moby Wonder there's an à la carte restaurant where chefs create delicious meals using typical Mediterranean ingredients. In the self-service restaurant there's a range of freshly cooked delicious dishes or you could head to the pizzapoint for an authentic Italian pizza. There are also 4 cafeterias, a snack bar and an ice cream parlour. If you fancy a drink while you're topping up your tan then the Lido Bar on the sundeck is the place for you or if you want a relaxing evening sipping cocktails then head to the Piano bar. There is also a coffee shop and a sports bar where you can catch up with the latest sporting events on a big screen TV.
You can buy just about anything in the Moby Wonder onboard shopping centre including clothing, children’s toys, maps, magazines and books.
The luxurious Moby Wonder also features a swimming pool with sundeck, panoramic lounge, kennels for domestic pets and satellite television.
For children, travelling with Moby Lines will be a trip into a world of imagination, not least due to the Looney Tunes branding and figures which can be found everywhere onboard. Moby Wonder has a dedicated children’s play area called 'Children's World'. There's also a videogames room bursting with games for older children too.
If you will require assistance during your trip then you must specify this at time of booking and ensure that you arrive at the port at least two hours before the departure time to discuss requirements with the check-in staff to ensure that your vehicle can be parked within easy reach of access ways and assistance provided during boarding and disembarkation.

"Trip Olbia to Livorno"
I booked Mobi Line but had to travel on a Wrack of Tirrenia. I could have cheeper ticket on that line, i paid by Moby Line. I will rethink using Mobi Line again.
"camp lounge bar"
The staff and service was excellent, however people camping out in the lounge bar meant that at one poiny t there were no Vails le seats for us who had purchased drinks . Chairs were used to make a eallyo protect sprawling sleepers. Also an inflatable doublebed blocked the foyer on the outward nohrney. Surely these beds all over the pathways are a danger hazard if there were an emergency. I think camping out has become so extreme that it now needs regulating .ble ks
"OK service but avoid waking up customers 2hrs before arrival "
I found the staff friendly and helpful. 2 points of improvement: 1. Waking up customers and insistingly hurrying them out of cabins 2hrs is excessive. You knew you would not make the docking by your target time, so your there was no need to hurry passengers out. All passengers were invited (!) to gather on deck 6 half hour before docking without enforcing masks use which means an unnecessary risk of COVID. I am sorry to say but this was not a pleasant experience

Passengers who have booked and paid for a cabin to make travel easier are asked to leave the cabins before arrival. I booked a cabin so I could store my luggage safely and explore the ship, as well as rest and freshen up just prior to arrival, this was not possible as at 7pm it was announced that we must vacate the cabins despite over an hour remaining. When we inquired with staff about this they were very rude. This policy of leaving cabins was not in any paperwork emailed to me. It would have been nice for this process to be explained and a little notice given by the boat crew. An announcement that guest in cabins must leave their rooms now, is not ample notification.

Beautiful journey, we travelled in day time, the staff was simply amazing, kind and helpful, excellent cleaning and our kids had so much fun. We also saw the dolphins. I recommend it.

very pleasant trip in double cabin - just be aware that Moby has no water dispenser and the water in the taps isn't drinkable so bring some on board - that's the one thing I'd do differently next time.

It was my second journey with Moby lines. It's a reliable company. The schedule is respected. The reception and the service on board are good. It's a good value for money. I remain convinced that it's better to go to Corsica from the Italian coast.

When booking the trip, the following problem occurred: I wanted to book a trip for Friday 6-6-2014 until Friday 13-6-2014. After selecting the dates on the system, the sailing appeared not be available on 6-6-201 and the system automatically changed the date to Thursday 5-6-2014, which was not the travel date I wanted. So I was forced to pay for an amendment for the date to be changed to Saturday 7-6-2014. To my surprise, I had to pay 56 euros for this amendment. I am deeply disappointed as I didn't get a warning at the time the first booking was being made, letting me know that my departure date was changed. Please investigate this and send me a reply as soon as possible. Best regards, Gerrit Van Damme

I've been travelling for 15 years with Moby Lines. The service is decent as usual. However, I regret that you no longer use large ships such as WONDER or AKI. I still haven't been able to get the famous Moby card which offers points for each journey and purchase made on the boat (meal, bars, etc.)

it is the first time that I travel with Moby lines and after I have read some negative reviews I was prepared for everything. I decided to travel with Moby because for me was a comfortable solution departing from Genoa. I was pleasantly surprised the ship was not so crowded and the staff were quite kind and helpful, the ship was really clean, the cabin was quite nice it seemed like a five star hotel.. Good job!

A recommendable trip for both the experience and the service offered. We travelled by car and got a cabin. Great organization and punctuality. There are all sorts of restaurants and it is not as expensive as I thought it would be. There is also an area for children to play! I loved it, you can barely feel that you are in a ferry.

Very pleasantly surprised by amenities aboard - several bars and restaurants, kids play area. We had interior cabin for 4 which was basic but fine, slept well. Very smooth sailing. Most people came with cars; we just walked on and off.

Were the first time alone with a ferry on the way, surprised at how easy managing regarding ticket, boarding, etc. worked. The staff was very helpful. Another positive aspect was the receipt of a voucher for next booking with Moby Lines. Again at any time.

We experienced the crossing as a fun adventure and a little bit as a cruise. Despite its size and the different groups of people that did the crossing we noticed that the ship was relatively tidy and clean . We considering it to be a nice addition to our holiday.

A night crossing in July between Genoa and Olbia with 2 adults and 2 children. We boarded on time. The boats were almost new (new carpet, clean cabins). The staff is pleasant and competent. The catering isn't anything luxuous, but the food and the service are good. It was a very good experience.

Everything was perfect for me and my group of cyclists, except that we were woken up at 6.15am for a 8.30am disembarkment. Thanks for a good crossing.

The crossing went terrificly, the cabin was spacious and we slept well. Finding the port of Genoa is quite difficult. We were early and popped into the centre of Genoa. It's quite difficult to find the boat from there. Once you've found it is very unclear where to go, there are long queues of cars but you can also drive past them. There are also large signs sayin Check-In, but it doesn't say where to, which company or what time.

The journey between Genoa and Olbia went smootly (we obtained our documents easily and the control was problem-free). However, we arrived in Olbia terminal for the return journey where an unpleasant controller sent us to the Moby reservation office to get our reservation validated and get the documents to get on board. Why are we informed about that at the last minute? Moreover, the boat was 1h 1/2 late and the wait to board with the car is long.

Genoa - Olbia: a disastrous experience in the self-service restaurant. Cold and tasteless canned vegetables. Barely tepid roast. I complained to the manager. She offered us two coupon for breakfast. We appreciated the goodwill gesture. Olbia - Genoa: we chose to eat in the restaurant. It was good, but expensive.

We did the night crossing between Genoa and Olbia and back. It was a beautiful experience. It was well organised from the moment we arrived with the car. It was quick and perfect. The attribution of the room on board was also well organised. We can only recommend this mode of transport and we're delighted to take the ferry for our next trip. Thank you very much.

I had different opportunities to travel from Sardinia to other part of Italy and vice versa, I have tried many companies, but only with Moby lines I found it very convenient, fast, clean, comfortable and friendly.

I am writing because: the ship is very beautiful and with all the comforts, and the staff are very polite to customers, We did arrive 3 hours late causing problems with appointments we had, because the elevators were not working and the machines were down from the ship several hours. The captain could at least offer a coffee and apologised for what happened.

The port of Olbia is well aranged. The port office can not be missed. At exactly 7.30 someone was present to help us with the rquired paper work. We were also nicely explained where we had to go and the name of the ship. After that everything proceeded pretty much on its own. Plenty of space for the car so that one could get out. On the boat everything was also well organised and prices were better than expected.

It was the 12th time we traveled with Moby lines. This time was a catastrophe for motor cyclists. 1.5 hour delay and we had to wait for 4.5 hours in the sun with our leather gear on. We had to move constantly, as cars and lorries boarded first. We were last to board. Next time we will certainly use a different operator.
