"A wonderful journey with TT-Line"
Everything was good
"Not so pleasant "
Dirty cabin! Obviously wasn’t vacuumed, toe nails in the carpet. To top it off our cabin door was opened on us half an hour before docking( before the announcement was made to leave the cabins).
"Tom Sawyer "
Limited facilities but good enough...
"Great ferry"
Suitable for family
"very nice"
The cabin was very cute, clean and cosy. No problems during the trip. it was a bit expensive but very convenient and well organized.
"My Ferry Ride"
Trip 1. Trelleborg - Rostock (Robin Hood). The boarding process was ok. The lady at the check-in ramp was nice and it went quick. When we got to the boarding ramp things went differently. Our car and another car were first in line. However we waited for about 40 trucks to pass us by as they were let on the ferry first. I understand that's almost certainly because of logistics and weight distribution for the ship. But still that meant that a) we were a bit dissappointed thinking "oh we are first in line - this will go fast" and then in reality "being the last to board". Secondly that of course also ment that most of the seats were taken, the food was scarse in the caffeteria etc. because the crowd of truckers descended on the caffeteria when they boarded the Ferry. The Ferry was fairly clean as a Ferry can be. The toilets were ok. There was no lounge or caffe at the front of the boat, just that one caffeteria which smells because of the kitchen. The receptionist was unfriendly when asked for some information. The caterers / chef in the kitchen when spoken to in English response back to you in German which is odd. Trip 2. Rostock to Trelleborg. (Tom Sawyer). The boarding process was quick. Both at the check-in ramp and at the ship boarding. The ship is a bit more user friendly. Has a very nice lounge area and a caffee facing front or the ship. Plus a caffeteria. The seats in the caffeteria are pretty dirty though I am not sure what people do on those seats or why the company doesn't clean it more regularly. Anyway the food was very mediocre, the chef again when spoken to in English, speaka back at you in German. Which is really frustrating. Also the chef was very uninterrested. The ship Tom Sawyer all in all is a lot more comfortable then Robin Hood.
"Interesting trip"
We had driven to Sweden from Denmark, via Germany and decided to cross via ferry. Booking was quite simple, but unsure of the area, gave ourselves lots of time prior to sailing. The waiting area was pretty dismal and toilet facilities were not what you would expect in such a pristine country. We sat in the outside area for two hours until realizing that we could drive into a parking area closer to boarding, with better facilities. After boarding, we parked and walked inside. We had not booked berths but sat in a lounge area. The lounge was spacious and comfortable. Washroom facilities were excellent. The staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Living in a country, Canada, with a ferry system which we use often, it was comparable. The only annoyance we found was the lack of staff to direct autos at the parking area. Or at least a sign indicating how one should proceed upon arrival to the dock parking area. Also, we were told that we were sailing at 3pm and actually left at 4pm.
"Could do better"
Loading and unloading was quick and efficient. However, considering it was a 6.5 hours journey there was no comfortable seats. Presumably the company want travellers to pay for a cabin! Apart from that the onboard shop had a large collection of gifts, chocolate and spirits.Although there was no English newspapers!!!We would probably use them again.
"Great friendly service, nice clean boat and on-time"
I chose this route because it was the cheapest, and maybe thought that it wouldn't be that great. I was wrong. The boat was quite old but still really clean. Amazingly there was a free sauna and hot showers. We hadn't brought our towels and shampoos but the lovely friendly man in the restaurant unlocked the deck doors and let us go down to the van. There were plenty of plugs all around. The only downside was the coffee in the cafe. It wasn't that great. But overall, great ferry service.
"Returning to Italy"
Last minute booking for journey variations. Booked with smartphone, easy without problems.
"Rostock Trelleborg"
All good
"Totally ok!"
Price worthy way to travel to Germany. Worked perfectly! Fresh and clean cabins, a bit worn though. Clean and neat!
"Nice trip, but the restaurant......:-("
Most comfortable journey, 100% on time. Lots of available seats both outside and inside. Good tax free shop. Not so good food in the restaurant and the staff were not friendly and had very little English knowledge. (No one there spoke anything else but German, which is not good enough when they are working on a passenger ferry). But, we will sail TT Line next time and we will bring our own food.
"Good trip could be better"
Complicated check in and the way from check in to ferry on both sides. Why is there no cash machine?
"Opinion"
Hello! It is very nive that the customers opinion is important for your company. I am very happy of my trip. I would advice for your company to do more offers/promotions like an extra points etc… the same as Stena Line is doing. I wish you all the best. Regards
"Crossing to Sweden"
Pleasantly surprised. Everything went smoothly from embarkation to disembarkation. Friendly staff. Beautiful ships. We will certainly travel again.
"Trip to Poland"
Travelled three times. I'm happy.
"Excellent journey"
The check-in procedure only took a few minutes. It was very helpful that the office was open the previous evening for us to confirm the arrangements. A bus took us onto the car deck of the ferry from where we continued on foot. Although we were on a day sailing the cabin was laid out for either sitting or sleeping. There is an en suite shower. The restaurant was enormous and the buffet food very acceptable for a fixed price. On the upper deck is a sun deck. Being the only foot passengers we had to wait longer than I would have wanted to be allowed to walk through the lorry deck to a waiting bus which took us to the public area at the port for a taxi or onward bus. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend the journey as a way to travel from Sweden to Germany. There is a B&B close by at Trelleborg and the railway from Malmo should be operational again next year.
"Holiday in Sweden"
Every year we go to Sweden on holiday. In recent years, we’ve always travelled by boat. Good departure times and good facilities at the ports. Rostock port has the best facilities and offers the possibility to leave your vehicle overnight in the parking area. I believe it is also the cheapest crossing to Sweden from the Netherlands.
"Ferry from Trelleborg to Rostock"
We had a nice sailing from Trelleborg to Rostock. It was a nice and warm day, we were out on deck most of the trip. The ship's staff were friendly and very serviceminded. The food was good and there were enough places to sit. The sailing lasted for over 6 hours. Including caravan we paid less than we would have had we traveled with Fjordline or Colorline from Krisiansand to Hirtshals. We will sail this route again.
"on time and very friendly"
excellent service, on time, efficient
"Marathon HAmburg"
We think it was a good trip for a good price
"Exquisite service, pleasant crossing "
Ferry from Rostock to Sweden. Rapid settlement, pleasant cabin, inexpensive breakfast.
"A surprise free transfer"
The ferry crossing between Trelleborg and Rostock is 6 hours during daytime. It's very long when the only possibility to get a seat is either in a confortable area, but without any external opening or in the cafeteria. There are no seats on the outer decks. The staff doesn't necessarily speak English (forget about French). It's better to book a cabin, even during the day.
"Relaxing"
I got surprised that the ferry went to slowly over the sea, very comfortable. The public areas and the toilets were well cleaned. The offer to rent a cabin to rest was very good, (but we didn’t use it). The only thing I was to change is the prices for the drinks. One bottle of water cost 4.2 euro (40 sek), which made us bring our own water on the way back. We will travel again.
"Trip on the Tom Sawyer"
If you are going to travel to Rostock this isn't the best ferry on offer! Was a long 6 hours!
