"Absolute shambles "
Ferry delayed for 2.5 hours as we were due to board. Subsequently cancelled. Were “allowed” to wait on the dock for the next ferry 7 hours later. No opportunity given to go back through the dock to rebook or cancel. Dumped on the quayside in Germany at 10:45 at night with no chance to book any campsite for the night.
"Good as usual"
I travel often with TT line. The new update that I loved is the pre-check in. It made getting into the ferry easier. What I didn’t like this time is the delay, half an hour for the departure and more than half an hour waiting in the car for the leaving the ferry in Rostock.
"Best way to travel without stress"

"Beautiful ship"
The most beautiful ship - I loved the wooden veneer and well designed interiors- even the low deck chairs were comfortable Fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff.
"3 stars"
Everything was good Only the lady who was at the cashier she was really really very rude. I suggest you if you must keep her as employee and you don't have in Sweden or Germany replacement then put her somewhere else than the cashier. I tried in the second time to take easy but she continued with rudeness and pushing me to be angry. Anyway your ship was really nice and clean, the cabin was smaller than what I expected but still clean and tidy and good. Thank you TT line. Hussam
"11pm to 6.30pm crossing"
Hello, We would have liked to have booked a cabin, but couldn't do it online. However, we went into the Pullman room for 12 euros each. The chairs weren't very comfortable, but a pillow would have helped.! Also a couple with a young child came in and they were very loud, and when they slept they snored loudly. Consequently we didn't get much sleep. Staff were very nice and we would travel with you again but we would now know what to expect and we would be better prepared.
"Not a good trip "
Ferry terminal difficult to find. Very few personnel guiding One to the correct ship. Cabin fine. Breakfast dire. No sign of the pass for the Oresund bridge we paid for as a combined ferry bridge pass. Had to pay the oresund bridge toll again, which is expensive. Emailed Direct ferries, but no reply. Will have to call them, but again this will be expensive. Not impressed at all. Disillusioned customer.
"My Ferry Ride"
Trip 1. Trelleborg - Rostock (Robin Hood). The boarding process was ok. The lady at the check-in ramp was nice and it went quick. When we got to the boarding ramp things went differently. Our car and another car were first in line. However we waited for about 40 trucks to pass us by as they were let on the ferry first. I understand that's almost certainly because of logistics and weight distribution for the ship. But still that meant that a) we were a bit dissappointed thinking "oh we are first in line - this will go fast" and then in reality "being the last to board". Secondly that of course also ment that most of the seats were taken, the food was scarse in the caffeteria etc. because the crowd of truckers descended on the caffeteria when they boarded the Ferry. The Ferry was fairly clean as a Ferry can be. The toilets were ok. There was no lounge or caffe at the front of the boat, just that one caffeteria which smells because of the kitchen. The receptionist was unfriendly when asked for some information. The caterers / chef in the kitchen when spoken to in English response back to you in German which is odd. Trip 2. Rostock to Trelleborg. (Tom Sawyer). The boarding process was quick. Both at the check-in ramp and at the ship boarding. The ship is a bit more user friendly. Has a very nice lounge area and a caffee facing front or the ship. Plus a caffeteria. The seats in the caffeteria are pretty dirty though I am not sure what people do on those seats or why the company doesn't clean it more regularly. Anyway the food was very mediocre, the chef again when spoken to in English, speaka back at you in German. Which is really frustrating. Also the chef was very uninterrested. The ship Tom Sawyer all in all is a lot more comfortable then Robin Hood.
"Cabin"
Only one bed sheet and pillow was provided for 2 travellers
"Great"
We travelled on board the TT Line's Robin Hood. Good trip, only thing is that a stop was made in Rostock. I wasn't informed about any stops.
"very good"
All very good apart from the missing internet connection in the cabin.
"My experience"
A good moment on the Baltic sea with TT Line.
"Great"
The crossing from Trelleborg to Travemunde with TT Line is great. You're supposed to be there 70 minutes in advance, but that's not necessary, many passengers arrive later than that. The ship is very clean and tidy and the staff friendly. Coffee and food are really not very nice, and not cheap (Coffee €2.20, standar meal €16). The restaurant and shop are closed most of the time. You are not allowed to go to your car during the journey, so it's advised to take some food, drinks and entertainment with you.
"Relaxing crossing "
Return trip was comfortable and quiet - thanks to the booked cabin I can recommend only the price ratio line is perfectly ok... Staff was super nice. We were very satisfied.
"A good journey with TT Line from Trelleborg to Travemünde"
It is pleasant travelling on the TT line overnight crossing. Travelling while eating and sleeping and starting the next day well rested. We can recommend it.
"Fine ferry"
Good handling process, smooth drive on capability. Fine crossing we had a good cabin with shower. Excellent breakfast (on sale) An hour later than the departure and arrival schedule, but this was no problem.
"Travemünde - Trelleborg with "Robin Hood" "
My wife and I went to the night boat (departure 2.30 clock from Travemünde) to Trelleborg. We have made all round positive experiences. The check based on our internet booking confirmation proceeded rapidly and smoothly, our double cab was clean and well furnished, with our breakfast just before the arrival at 10.45 clock was satisfactory. Based on this experience other travelers can recommend this connection fully.
