"Easy, pleasant journey "
I'd read some horror stories about this trip so was a little concerned. The cabin was basic but clean and comfortable with a good shower, we left and arrived promptly and had a great night's sleep. We didn't eat on board, just had a overpriced and not great coffee in the morning. Only thing that was challenging was getting to the ferry terminal as foot passengers, no signage and a lot of lorry dodging but there were plenty of stewards to steer us in the right direction.

Great ferry, comfortable rooms. The only 2issues are parking at the port with a motorhome and directions for booking in was poor

Excellent trip! Only problem was checking in. The man checking tickets was very rude. And also maybe you could embrace technology a little bit. Requiring printed tickets when we could just scan the bar code right from the screen of our smart phone is ridiculous and a waste of paper.

The trip was good, however communication over the public address system was poor and at times inaudible.. It would be better if communication be done in english for international guests. Breakfast selection in restaurant was not ofd high quality - rolls were stale.

Loading and unloading of cars was terribly unorganised compared to other ferry services in other countries. The vessel itself was old and worn out with a number of railings failing when I held or leant in them. It did the job but compared to The Spirit of Tasmania this service is a long way behind

It was my first time ever taking a ferry and it was an awesome experience! The staff was very professional and helpful. My room was amazing and I will definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Easy booking via Direct Ferries. Tirrenia ferries accommodation was ok, resturant and bars are very expensive, either pre-book meals or self cater.

I purchased 2 tickets in a cabin with breakfast included but they say they have no record of my breakfast purchase. So I lost over 30 euros. The food is horrible anyway but I still dont like not getting what I paid for.

Everything was perfect. The boarding happend with no problems, the departure was punctual as the arrival. Good services on board; a huge cabin (we were in two), bar well equipped (open all night), kind staff.

The sail went smooth on the Rubattino. It is a beautiful ship, the play area was very enjoyable for my kids.

The crew were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Our cabin was clean and the beds comfortable. The announcements were a bit scratchy and difficult to hear particularly in the cabin, but over all an good experience.

I highly recommend this service. Prompt departure and arrival, surprisingly spacious and comfortable cabin (outside, ie with window), and an excellent meal in the restaurant. I can't speak for the cafeteria, didn't eat there. On a summer night under a bright moon, it was really very beautiful, and smooth as silk.

This ferry is amazing -its size, speed and comfort. The seats are very comfortable -we were sleep all the travel. Unfortunatelly the windows are very dirty, you couldn't take a picture through it.

Journey was good and satified all our needs. Comfortable cabin, we could rest during the night, depsite the rough sea. I do not judge the restaurant because I did not dine in.

"A good way to go"
We sailed from Palermo to Naples on the Tirrenia Florio Raba. The access to the ferry was quick and simple. Our rooms were ample and clean, for a short "cruise". We were too ate for the serve your self dinner, so we ate in the gourmet restaurant. Limited menu, but good food and wine. Wonderful bar and lounge, however, I missed the casino and disco which were present in the review I had read prior to booking. Egress was quick and simple, would do it again.

We took a standard internal Cabin. Nice and clean. Dinner was ok for a ferry. Two options of restaurants, buffet an a la carte. Would recommend Tirrenia.

even if I have appreciated the final price, I made so much effort to have it, the cost of the cabin could not be 130 euro, especially if it is narrow and uncomfortable, we have travelled with our camper on board but we couldn't use the bed inside it for the uncomfortable disposition in the garage area.

the ferry is excellent and clean, the staff kind, the overnight crossing is really comfortable, in the morning after you arrive in Naples and we saved one night cost of the hotel.

the journey was really comfortable even with the children, the staff were nice, punctual and prepared for everything. We didn't had any inconveniences and enjoyed the cinema on board.

Not bad, the prices are correct, but I had to change the ticjet and the extra fees were too important (65 euros) for the same crossing!!! You should be careful about the food, it looks like a bad Eastern Europe canteen with cold fries. It makes you feel like you're catt;e.

I had a business trip from Naples to Palermo in April, the journey was quite good, the ship was clean, the staff were kind and helpful. The cabin was clean and comfortable, the bar wasn't so well furnished and the prices of drinks too expensive, the staff was unable to speak foreigners languages but in general I recommend the crossing.

I had the chance to use this service many times and I never had a reason to complain about. They were very punctual, the embarking/disembarking procedure were fast, the staff was really helpful and kind to us.

The announcements were very difficult to understand because the speaker spoke Italian very quickly and her English was rather poor. Otherwise we were very happy with our crossing.
