One of the newer ferries on the Ventouris fleet, the Rigel III is the second largest ferry in the fleet, and is capable of holding up to 1800 passengers, and 450 vehicles. With many cabins available on board, as well as plenty of seating areas for you to relax, this vessel will provide you with the ultimate ferry experience, with an on board duty free, as well as a self-service restaurant, Wi-Fi throughout the ship, as well as air conditioning.

"Trip to Albania"
The ferry transfer was quick and satisfactory

I booked an un suite pillows were absolutely crap mattres like you sleeping in the rocks I have a very long way to go and I only had 2 hours broken sleep

"Wrong location for ticket collection on email and message"
The information and address and link to google maps was completely wrong. We walked a long way, and then had to get a shuttle bus back to where we should collect tickets. We met many other single women travellers wlalking around as well. It tok us over two hours to find the correct location - lucky we arrived early. PLEASE make sure no one else has to experience this. VERY stressful, and exhausting carrying rucksacks when we are over 66!
"Pleasantly surprised"
I was surprised by the overall size and open spaces of the ferry. The staff was friendly and well informed. It compared to actual cruise ships.

Cabin was clean and comfortable, and was located very close to the exit so was easy and stress free travel with kids .
"Bari - Durres ferry"
The ferry itself was fine. But the signposting for foot passengers at the Bari end was appalling. The address given turned out to be that of the Bari Port Authority. This building was closed with no indication of the route to the ferry. After walking a considerable distance we were told that the Ventouris check-in was 3km away. A promised shuttle bus was invisible. We fortunately found a taxi to take us to the check-in and back to the departure point, but had a time of real anxiety about missing the boat. We then
