The Dodekanisos Express is one ship in a Dodekanisos Seaways fleet of three. Organisation of tickets faultless. Organisation by crew faultless. Ship clean but some attention required to seating ie. adjustment mechanisms. Slight delay on return journey but no real issue.

All went very smoothly and on time but it was a bit of a surprise to find that our return trip was not on the Express - something the girl in the office at Mandraki Port omitted to explain when I questioned the difference in travelling time between outward and return journeys-

We took the ferry from Kos to Lipsi and it worked really well - it was only about 10 minutes behind schedule. As you board you say your destination and they put your luggage away and then it is waiting for you by the exit as you get off at your island. All very efficient. On board there is a cafe with a decent range of food and drinks, reasonably priced. You can sit inside or out, depending on your preference, but I prefer outside at the back to watch the islands go past.

Outstanding experience every step of the way, i booked tickets to Rhodes to Pamos on line, so quick and easy to do, Arrived at Rhodes port, got tickets quickly.The lady at ticket office nice and friendly Went on board ,ans sat down in comfortable seats, All rhe staff on board were friendly and courteous throughout.The crossing from Rhodes to Patmos took 5 hours ,but it didnt seem like it, and going port to port ,was done very quickly,didnt spend nomore than 20 mins we see some lovely sights too. Also there is a kiosk that sell Coffee, water,soft drink,alchol and a variety of snacks at good value. I highly recommend using this ferry as we had an enjoyable crossing in comfort ,frienly staff and some spectacular views. Well done Dodekanisos for an outstand sevice ,every step of the way.
