Everything went well. The crossing was on time and the boarders were quick to pass through on both sides
"Hidden Costs"
I was charged 5 euros extra per person at Kos Port as some kind of tax which I was not aware of. There was no receipt provided for the same and had to pay 25 euros in total.

Terrible experience with this company that is part of Rodon. In the confirmation email was written that we had to check at least 1 hour before so we arrived more than 1 hour before but found check in closed. There was a note that it would open 30 min before departure. I came exactly on that time and checked in. Nothing was said or mentioned. After this a guy asked me to come to another desk to tell me our planned ferry of 16.30 was broken and that we had to leave at 17 oclock with another one. The told me I had to check in again so my tickets were not valid anymore. Nobody had a good explanation so all very confusing. We stood in a long line of people for at least an hour. To make a ling story short the internet was not working so we couldn’t pass passport control. Nobody explained anything and at a certain time we had to give our boarding passes back there would come another ship for us it was all a mess! In the end we arrived with 2 hour delay. Never again with this company!

Невовремя отправляется. Есть скрытые портовые сборы. Зачем-то отнимают перочинные ножи и потом не собираются возвращаться. А так в целом ок.
