The largest on the Shin Nihonkai fleet, the Lilac has a capacity of 846 passengers, can hold up to 146 trucks and 58 cars, and will help to provide one of the best ferry experiences for your travels in Japan.
There is a wide range of cabins available aboard the Lilac, such the deluxe suites, the state rooms, the Wizpet rooms, which allows you to stay in a cabin with your pet, and the basic tourist rooms, which are non-private cabins that are either singular or filled with many bunk beds, giving you a wide variety of choice.
You have no lack of choice when it comes to food aboard the Lilac, as you can eat at the specialised Grill, which offers a set array of food choices, or the main restaurant, which gives you a much wider variety of food choices. There is also the cafeteria, where you can sit and relax, and purchase drinks and snacks.
There is a shop here, which offers basic amenities, as well as the expected souvenirs and touristic guides.
There are many other facilities available onboard, such as the outdoor bath, a dog park for your pets, a sports room, a games room, the amusement box where you can rent out DVDs to watch with your friends, as well as a laundry room and maritime phones.
Not only is this ferry highly accessible to all children, there is even a dedicated children’s room, where you can watch over your child as they play, or leave them whilst you go get a drink.
This ship is fully accessible to foot passengers, cars, and wheelchair users, with wheelchair friendly cabins available upon request.
