La Palma reviews

  • "Almost perfectly! "

Our two crossings with Fred Olsen went smoothly. The ship was on time, clean and well equipped and above all fast! For us, it remains, however, to the end a mystery why there was only one crossing possibility weekdays between Santa Cruz on La Palma and Los Cristianos / Tenerife morning at 5:30 clock. On this crossing we would have wished that the otherwise comfortable Chair would have to offer a lock position. otherwise we were a bit surprised that the ticket office was not open from 4.45 clock, to check in on time.

  • "Good service, easy crossing "

During our crossing especially good service noticed. The staff at the ticket issuing, were upon entering the ship and the ship always very helpful. Way we were helped with the stroller. Was well explained how the tickets are to be handled . and if there are incidents with seasickness on board, there is always someone on staff to help and will help. Apart from that was the booking easily and conveniently. I can recommend the crossing very much.
