  This was the first time on Fred Olsen express and I have to say firstly it was nice to be met with smiling faces at the office,the boat was spotless and very comfy even for a short trip,the ladies both on and off very helpful and with a smile, my only criticism is that it should be made a bit clearer somewhere that you need to get a boarding card on your way back even if you get a return as there was at least 16 people rushing to get a ticket after trying to board and then sent back to the office at Corralejo to get one or just give you a return ticket when booking but other then that we will use this service quite often now, Thank you.

  You barely notice the length of the journey. It seems 20 minutes. There is a lot of space and is very comfortable.
