The Atlantic III ferry is capable of holding up to 610 passengers and 85 cars. It is a state-of-the-art catamaran, which, thanks to its shallow draft adapted to the waves of the Río de la Plata, can cover the Buenos Aires - Colonia route quickly with a speed of up to 38 knots.
