The comfortable and modern Ferry Regina della Pace provides you with numerous facilities to enhance your journey including a choice of onboard cabin accommodation and seating, self service and a la carte restaurants, a casino, a lounge bar, an internet corner and a chapel.
All cabins are en-suite, air conditioned and available in a choice of inside and seaview (outside). For those who'd prefer not to book a cabin there's a choice of reserved seats, standard and business class.
There's something for everyone in the self-service restaurant with a wide variety of different dishes prepared by the onboard chefs. In the a la carte restaurant you'll be treated to a gastronomic experience in comfortable and tastefully designed surroundings, where the luxury and high quality are always on the menu to satisfy the most demanding passengers. In the onboard bar you'll find several kinds of coffee, alcoholic refreshments, sandwiches and desserts.
Blueline have numerous onboard shops to to keep you occupied during the journey. In the duty free shop you'll find a wide collection of perfumes and liqueurs, sweets and Blueline souvenirs - all at extremely low and tax-free prices! In the gift shop you'll find a wide variety of souvenirs such as T-shirts, pens, pendants, coffee cups, authentic Croatian products such as stone artifacts, lavender bags, various liqueurs, sweets and other delicacies. In the book shop there's a large selection of bestsellers as well as various books in English, Italian, Croatian and French. There is also a mini-shop where you can buy travel essentials and toiletries.
Try your luck on the numerous slot machines in the ships 'casino' or surf while you sail at the internet corner. There's also a chapel and a left luggage facility.

We came by motorcycle and enjoyed a really pleasant journey. We found the ship had a fine cabin, really good food and a friendly and helpful crew No doubt we will be back. PS! Observe that at Ancona, the check-in and loading/boarding is at different places. The split is at the last roundabout.

Travelling on board the Regina della Pace has proved to be an eventful experience. The ship departed as scheduled allowing us to view a magical sunset as we left the port. The staff were attentive and professional in their delivery of service. I explored the vessel and all its offering from quiet cabins to sun deck meeting points. All in all the crossing was smooth..

We are a retired couple over 65, with typical needs of our age.We traveled in the company of another couple on the "" Queen of Peace " ," in economic double cabins, with following a car that allowed us to do a tour in Dalmatia. The bunk beds are slightly uncomfortable for those who must rise above. We were a bit worried about the restaurant service
"Very nice experience on the Regina della Pace"
We enjoyed greatly our crossing of the ADRIATIC on board the Blueline Ferry, a week ago. Surprisingly all the food and drinks were at reasonable price, and the same with the large "duty free" shop inside the boat, with a large choice of perfumes, drinks, and specialty food. The 2-bed cabin with window was exremely pleasant, and we have slept as well as if we were at home. The (mostly Filipino) staff was nice and helpful, and everything was well organized. The long waiting in the cars before the customs at Split was probably the only negative aspect of all this nice crossing experience...

Smooth ride. Furniture is showing its age, but bed was comfortable. We didn't use the dining or entertainment facilities.
"A dedicated service"
We always complain, maybe because we are used to do so, however I must say that I had a problem and it was resolved in my favour in a split second. In my small external cabin for two people, there was no electricity. Because of breathing problem, I must use an air purifier. Thus, I go to the reception and the manager allocates me immediately another cabin, still on the deck, but larger and without paying any extra. I have appreciated the professional gesture which is something you don’t get in Italy. Maybe, it was because there weren’t many passengers, but maybe they would have helped me anyway.

There wasn't any problem with the loading, the staff was ok. Our cabin on deck 9 was spacious with a matrimonial bed, a mini bar, a TV and a bathroom. Diner was well servious. The ferry is quiet and well maintained. We arrived on time. It was a bit slow to access the vehicles, it wasn't a major issue. It was a beautiful and problem free crossing.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a very smooth crossing from Ancona to Split. The staff at check-in were helpful and the staff on-board the ship were very pleasant. There was a lot to keep us entertained on the boat, including a restaurant, a small shop, a bar, casino and even a night club. Our ferry was not busy, so we were upgraded from a cabin below deck to one on deck 2 which was very nice. The rooms are cosy, clean and very comfortable. Our crossing was so smooth and quiet that we did not even notice when we left the port! The only important thing to note if arriving in Ancona by train is to make sure you find the correct check-in office at least two hours before your crossing. Check the website for the address of the office- it is not at the ferry terminal. A free bus will take you from the train station to the check-in place and then to the ferry terminal. We found the bus without any problems and it is clearly sign-posted.

From the toilet got out a bad smell during all the travel, the employee of the Free Shop was very rude with most of the passengers, and the shops were not very equipped. The food very bad but the travel was quite good and the other members of crew very kind.

We arrived at Ancona port to find the ticket desk completely closed down with very little information on where to get tickets, only for there were other travellers we overheard talking about a bus we were lucky to make our ferry - although we were 4 hours early. After arriving at the ticket desk (5 minutes bus jouney away) there was more confusion regarding which desk to go to. The ferry trip itself was very plesant, the staff and accommodation were top class. However lack of organisation was seen again when we docked at Split, all foot passengers were directed down the stairs to disembark to find that the door was locked and we were trapped in the stair well in sweltering heat for over 10 minutes. This was a very long time to have so many people crammed into a narrow stairwell with no information provided as to what the hold up was. This was a serious health and safety concern if anything had gone wrong.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how much fun we had on this ferry. The cabin was very adequate - the shower a welcome feature. We had a great dinner aboard the Blue Line going to Croatia. The staff were very helpful in getting our baggage aboard. I gladly recommend this ferry and travel experience to everyone.

In general our overnight trip was fine but the location and condition of the cabin was a bit sub-standard. The floor obviously had not been vacuumed after the previous guests and we found garbage between the bunk bed frames and the wall. The sheets and towels were clean but the mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable. Also, our cabin was located on level 2 which appeared to be under the water line and directly above the vehicle deck as evidenced by the smell of fuel. For your general comfort, we recommend guests to spend the extra money for a nicer cabin located on the upper levels of the boat.

Our over night trip from Ancona to Split was very nice. We had an inside cabin with two bunks which was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this way of traveling from Italy to Croatia.

"Noise in the cabin"
Everything was perfect aboard the ferry (reception, catering, cleanliness), everything EXCEPT the noise in the cabin. We couldn't sleep a blink (even with earplugs) with the noise of the engine. It's useless to pay for a cabin if you cannot sleep….

nothing to"discover", "there was not on the ship. 2 restaurants, a self-service restaurant 1 juice-bar 1 outdoor serving 1 large bar area (the only way out of the cabin to stay in the ship) that was about it. However, the rooms were quite clean. The entrance and exit to and from the ferry ran smoothly and the ship was on time. The breakfast (included in the ferry fare) was "" rotten "". Nevertheless, a ferry ride is overnight but always a relaxed way of traveling! Due to the fact that it is a pure driving at night (from 20.30 clock bis 7.30 clock) can the ship thoroughly recommend. "

I was very satisfied with my recent trip on Blueline ferries from Split to Ancona. I only purchased a deck space ticket,so i just found a comfortable space on the ground to sleep. i was travelling solo and i felt very safe on the ferry. The ferry was punctual which was great. I will definitely choose Blueline ferries again.

Since the ferry was not full already, there were several Air Seat per person. So you could lie down and sleep also pretty good, except for the occasional noise from the hallway. Temperatures something fresh (for the toilets much warmer). Toilets clean at first, but were probably not subsequently cleaned during the crossing. No food tasted.

Hello, The boat was very beautiful. The cabin was clean, the staff was pleasant. Beware that they don't accept bank cards. Plan on bringing some change for the restaurant and the var. It took at least an hour and a half to exit the boat, because it's badly organised.

A good crossing Departure and arrival on time Our outside cabin was clean (with a sink and a toilet). We slept like babies. A lot of passengers sleep on air mattresses in the corridors or on the deck, but we didn't mind. However, you need to be very patient to access the car parking. It's probably because of the people who leave their car in the queue and go away to collect their ticket. It causes traffic jam. The hostess doesn't provide much information regarding the time of boarding, so don't hesitate to ask questions. Apart from that, it was perfect....

I travelled from Dalmatia with Blue line on Saturday on Split -Ancona during the day time, the ferry was punctual but all the members of staff weren't able to speak languages other than Croatian which is poor.

Everything was fine, a part from the embarking procedure was very slow on the both journeys. A part from that we have arrived on time to Starigrad. On the return trip the ferry called Regina Margherita was so spacious and we could fit our mattress on the corridor area and we managed to sleep all the night without any problems. I think if I compare it with the other ferries that I have tried this is the best ferry that I have taken.

Would certainly do this route again. Watch sunset and sunrise with a wine or beer! We had a two bed inside cabin room with own toilet and shower and I would recommend this option unless you don't mind 'ruffing' it on a seat in a public space!

We booked through directferries. You have to register before you can book your journey. A family trip with Blueline. We had a cabin with a porthole. There were several places to eat, we chose the restaurant (a good menu at a decent price). A nice juice bar. A generous breakfast is offered for 6€. A very pleasant crossing.

We travelled between Split and Ancona (both directions) on Blueline ferries and overall, we were happy with the experience. The ferry in Split was very easy to reach and we were able to check-in and go through passport control quickly. The journey was quite enjoyable, leaving promptly and arriving on time the following morning. We liked that there was lots of outdoor sitting and tables. We didn't book a cabin but there was more than enough space in the common areas to hang out and sleep. We didn't have the most restful sleeps, but that was probably due to the fact that we were sleeping in chairs...and not actual beds. We also would have appreciated if the chair armrests moved (ie. could be pushed back) because then at least we could have lay down. The staff were friendly, and helpful with directions (and recommending the most comfortable rooms). The return trip was also good. My only complaint would be that the ferry was hard to reach in Ancona, and required significantly more time (and 2 buses from the train station). So if you are leaving from Ancona, make sure that you give yourself at least an hour and a half to get the terminal, check-in & take the 2nd bus. Thankfully the staff in Split warned us about this, and so we didn't have any issues.

The ferry itself was great - spacious cabin and en suite. We also received a voucher for breakfast which was very nice. Didn't enjoy being crammed onto a bus to be taken to the ticket office and then crammed on again to be taken to the ferry, think that process could be improved. However the actual ferry itself was great.

The cabins are run down…it is impossible to adjust the AC. The hygiene of the restautant is questionable (some tables were not clean, sandwiches were not kept in the fridge, etc.)

We recently travelled between Split and Ancona with Blueline. It was a great experience. We got up at 6a.m. To watch the sun rise over the Adriatic Sea, which was very beautiful. The cabin was somewhat cramped, but I think this is to be expected with this type of trip. We really couldn't complain. Staff were great. We would definitely take Blueline again.

It was the first time that we booked through Directferries.co.uk and everything went just as planned without surprises. The BlueLine ferry(from Split to Ancona) was a little bit under my expectations as we found the accommodation cleaning was not adequate. As far as the food and services, all employees were very kind with our requests. The crossings were punctual as regarding to time of departure and arrival.

We had a cabin with damaged roof from which it started to leak. Air conditioning was too cold. The crew spoke very little English and weren't too helpful. The ship is very old and the furniture not in good condition. Don't know how they present themselves as 'low cost' as the price wasn't too good either!

The ship is old but in an overall good condition except the bathroom installations which are not up to date and don’t work very well. (Strong smells and drains that don’t work in the cabin.)
