Baja Ferries
Baja Ferries run two ferry services connecting the southern part of the Baja California Peninsula with the rest of Mexico across the Gulf of California.
Baja Ferries enable you to travel between Baja Sur and mainland Mexico without taking the long road north, nearly all the way to the states saving miles of driving and fuel costs.
Ferries travel from Pichilingue ferry terminal in La Paz, the capital city of the Mexican state of Baja California Sur and the ports of Topolobampo and Mazatlan in the state of Sinaloa. The Mazatlan crossing is longer and generally sails overnight, with a few trips on offer per week while the Topolobampo crossing is the shorter more frequent option.
Baja Ferries fleet consists of the California Star and the La Paz Star. California Star has a capacity of around 100 cars and 900 passengers and features numerous comfortable seating areas as well as cabin accommodation and a boutique.
La Paz Star can carry up to 200 passengers and features a selection of cabin accommodation, all with en-suite facilities as well as lounge areas with comfortable seating.
Both ferries offer restaurants, bar and a cafeteria.
